What is the return policy?
In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit ONLY ( NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS) .You have 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise to exchange it for another item from Royal Pink . A store credit will be issued ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition. All Jewelry, bodysuits and Swimwear are FINAL SALE. If you are interested in returning your purchase, please contact us.
Pick Up Policy
After Placing your Order with Shop Royal Pink LLC you have 14 Days from the completed order date, to pick up your items. In any event you are NOT able to pick up your order within the 14 days you can have the item (s) shipped to you for the shipping fee of $8.99 ( this cost can change at anytime). After the 14 day with no communication from client letting us know when you will pick up your order. We reserve the right to place the items back on the floor and resale. This means the client will lose items purchased & money used to make transaction. You will have to repurchase items from your pervious transaction.
If I purchase my merchandise today, how long will it take to ship?
Our team is working really hard to ship all orders out as soon as possible.
Orders ship priority mail, which can take 2-3 days to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.
We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button and 2 DAYS later like “Where's my order?”
We are as elated as you are to see you in our hot styles you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
As communicated on our home page order processing is delayed due to measurements taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Please note, SHOP ROYAL PINK is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. )
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.

In any event your item in your order is PRE-ORDER we will Ship the whole order together. If you need an item out of your Order it is your responsibility to make a note of that in the comment section of the order. PLEASE NOTE that you will be charged for shipping twice for shipping (shipping rates are subject to change)
If Your Order shows a Estimate ship Date we will do are very best to fulfill that order on that date. If the item(s) come in before that date we will fulfill the order. If the items come in after the Estimate date and email/text will be sent with more details.
Tracking My Order
Standard shipping on domestic items is 7-10 business days from order date. This includes our 5-7 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
RETURN TO SENDER
If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges of $15.
ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 RE SHIPPING FEE.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for RE shipping.
Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
It's really easy! Just follow these 4 steps:
1. Make sure you're within 7 days from the date your order was received. If it's been past 7 days, you cannot return the item. Unfortunately, you do not get to proceed to the next step. (But, you can gift the item to a close friend)
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, items being returned, and order number.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for shipping costs.
4Return address will be given in email format
Once the item has been received, our Returns Department will contact you via email within 3-5 business days.
After your return has been processed, we will issue and e-Gift Card. The e-Gift Card will be sent via email.
